IAN ISSITT, Director of Photography
Originally from Tennessee, Ian moved to Chicago to attend Columbia College where he obtained his BA in Film and Video, with a concentration in Cinematography. Since graduating, Ian has worked with United Airlines, GE, Symmetri Marketing Group, Hanul Family Alliance, Marriott International, Phillip Morris, MCA Chicago, Leo Burnett, Chicago Humanities Festival, Second City, Half Acre Beer, Cartoon Network, the University of Chicago, and DePaul University. His work can also be seen in the documentary 22 Years From Home, premiering in Chicago on 23 April at Chicago Filmmakers.
As an avid cyclist, Ian is aware of his impact on the environment. Energy conservation is important, and he advocates his belief in the little steps that can make the biggest difference - replacing bulbs with new CF bulbs, taking the train/bus instead of driving, recycling, and even spending less time indoors. If we all take small steps we can make a difference.
